DVDynamite Privacy Policy

DVDynamite takes customer privacy very seriously. DVDynamite will not reveal any of your personal information, video, or still photographs to anyone without your express written permission or as may be required by law enforcement agencies.

DVDynamite Transfer/Duplication Policies

DVDynamite reserves the right to refuse to transfer or duplicate materials to DVD for any reason. Copyrighted videos or still photographs will not be transferred or duplicated, unless you are the holder of the copyright or you include a copy of the express written permission of the copyright holder. Videos or still photographs of unlawful activities will not be transferred or duplicated. If you send videos that DVDynamite will not transfer or duplicate, and suitable alternate arrangements cannot be made, your videos and any other materials will be returned to you, and you will be charged for shipping.

In order to provide specific music for personal videos (example: for slideshows), you must include the original audio CDs with your videos as proof that you have purchased the music and want to exercise your rights under "fair use" laws to include it in your completed DVD video.

DVDynamite Return Policy

All sales at DVDynamite are final. Every effort will be made to ensure that the final product is delivered as desired by the customer. DVDynamite will make a good-faith effort to correct any problems in the final product after delivery.
